Order confirmation: Orders submitted through the website, phone or email will be deemed as the customer's intention to purchase the product. CHACHA TURF will acknowledge the customer's purchase behavior by confirming the order.

Price and payment: After the order is confirmed, the customer needs to pay according to the price provided by CHACHA TURF. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card payment, etc. CHACHA TURF reserves the right to adjust prices, but shall not affect the price of confirmed orders.

Product Delivery: CHACHA TURF will do its best to arrange the shipment and delivery of the product as soon as possible after the customer pays the payment. After the product is delivered, the customer needs to inspect the product. If any quality problems or damage are found, CHACHA TURF should be notified immediately and the problem should be solved in accordance with the negotiated method.

Return and exchange policy: If customers need to return or exchange goods, they must apply within a certain period of time after receiving the product, and ensure that the product has not been used, damaged or altered. CHACHA TURF will consider refunds or exchanges based on actual circumstances.

Warranty terms: CHACHA TURF provides product warranty services within a certain period of time. The warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects and problems that occur under normal use. Customers are required to provide valid proof of purchase and information describing the problem in detail when applying for warranty.
